大西洋狐鲣（土耳其语称 palamut）每年在黑海、马尔马拉海和爱琴海之间洄游。夏季在黑海索饵，秋季南返，土耳其渔船正是在南返途中以围网和刺网捕捞。 渔季很短：每年 4 月 1 日至 8 月 14 日禁止商业捕捞狐鲣，体长不足 25 厘米的鱼不得上岸。各年渔获量差异很大，因此我们会针对每笔订单单独确认供货、规格和交货期。 我们供应 300 至 900 克的整鱼，以 10 公斤泡沫箱包装；鱼片以 10 公斤散装纸箱包装。狐鲣是富含 Omega-3 的深色肉多脂鱼，适合烧烤、煎制、腌制（lakerda）、烟熏和制罐。
