Our Story

The Pride of Turkish Waters

Sea Bass is Turkey's flagship aquaculture export, and for good reason. The combination of clear Aegean and Mediterranean waters, ideal climate, and decades of farming expertise produces world-class quality fish. Our Sea Bass is raised in open-sea cages where strong currents endure continuous water renewal and fish exercise. This results in firm flesh, clean flavor, and the distinctive taste that ...

Mediterranean excellence, global standards.

What You Need to Know Before Choosing

Which sea bass formats can be supplied?

Whole, gutted, head-on, head-off, or fillet options are confirmed by species, size, and facility capability.

How should size and processing be specified?

Define the size range by weight or count. State tolerance, net weight, freezing method, glazing, and storage temperature.

Why state the intended use?

Retail counters, hotels, restaurant portions, and further processing require different cuts, sizes, and packs.

Which cold-chain details are required?

Confirm production, loading, and transport temperatures, shelf life, thawing instructions, and temperature records for the product.

Which documents should be requested?

Confirm the specification, analysis or health documents, origin, facility details, packing list, and shipment papers for the destination.

Do you supply Turkish sea bass to Dubai and the UAE?

Yes. Sea bass moves from Turkey as chilled fish by air freight in iced styrofoam boxes, or as frozen product in a reefer container, on FOB, CIF or DAP terms. The plant is EU export certified and health and origin documents are issued for the destination. The lead time follows the flight or sailing booked and is confirmed per order.

What determines the price of sea bass?

Size grade comes first, since 300-400 g and 800-1000 g sit in different bands. Then the quotation reflects fresh or frozen form, whole, gutted or fillet processing, the packing, the harvest period, the order volume and the incoterm you buy on. Send the grade and format through the Request Quote button for a current price.

How do I order Turkish sea bass wholesale?

Orders are placed by the container. Confirm the size grade, processing form, fresh or frozen preference, packing and net weight, destination country and incoterm in writing. We then arrange the production slot, health certification and shipping with the farm and plant. Start by sending your requirement through the Request Quote button on this page.

Which grade suits restaurant portion service?

Whole fish at 300-400 and 400-600 g is the standard single portion size for grilling and baking. Grades from 600-800 g up suit counter display and sharing plates. Fillets at 100-120, 120-140 and 140-180 g are chosen from the plated weight. State the grade, the tolerance and the net weight basis so repeat batches match.
